  • Monthly subscription is $6.

Print issue

  • Annual subscription is $50 per year which includes 12 issues, 1 cookbook and 1 exercise book.
  • Monthly subscription is $5.

Digital issue

  • Annual subscription is $35 per year which includes 12 issues, 1 cookbook and 1 exercise book.
  • Monthly subscription is $4.

We provide free delivery of the print magazine. You can access the digital magazine on your iPhone or iPad.
